2-2 Journal: Fecal Incontinence Among the Old in the USA

Essay Instructions:

In Module One, you chose a public health issue to focus on for your final project. This week, you will review resources for Section I of the final project.
For this activity, you will search for and select four scientific resources relating to your topic. You may also find additional non-scientific resources, but you must have at minimum four scientific resources.
Before You Begin! Tips for Locating Resources
Set aside an hour or two each day for about two to three days. You will want to revisit your search a couple of times before you finalize your list. This will also give you time to think.
A scientific resource is one that is backed by a study or research. These resources may also be considered “scholarly.” In order to find these types of resources, try searching through the Shapiro Library and Google Scholar.https://scholar(dot)google(dot)com/
Try searching for key phrases such as “[topic] epidemiology,” “demographics of [topic],” or “determinants of [topic].” This is by no means an exhaustive list. Consider the Milestone One Guidelines and Rubric document as you search.
Read the abstracts where available or look at the conclusion section to see if the resource meets your needs. If it does, read the rest of the paper.
Once you have searched for and selected your resources, write a journal entry that addresses the following:
List your resources in current APA style.
Give a brief (2 to 3 sentences) summary of each resource. What is it about?
Explain the relevance of each resource. How does each resource connect to your topic
