I am applying for a Masters in Adult and Higher Education program because the upgrade is necessary for my goal of becoming a community college instructor. Also, it is my passion to have the best qualifications to serve the community to the adequate levels I could achieve. Although the idea will shape me for significant opportunities as an attained instructor, the factors like getting an excellent job with sustainable salary are not as substantial as getting the chance to serve the society most desirably. I intend to perfect the chosen career path and become an excellent community college instructor. Besides, most community colleges require their teachers to have a Master’s degree or a graduate study for the subject to be taught in society (Study.com, 2019). The requirement demands that I should apply and enroll for the program correlating with my discipline area. This training will equip me with the necessary knowledge and competence in my desired field of educating the adult population in the community (Study.com, 2019). I will also gain the essential skills in planning, organizing, and the actual teaching in the required manner that anchors values in delivering what is expected or what should be obtained by the learning population.
The desire to succeed in all endeavors related to my work pushes me to apply for the opportunity because I require successful student learning for the population I will engage with while teaching.
