Strong Interest Inventory (SII)
The Strong Interest Inventory is a psychological test that originates from the work of E.K. Strong, Jr, and gained momentum after World War I. Each career or vocational interest has a collection of interests related to it. As a result, the Strong Interest Inventory assessment test assist people to compare their interests with prospective occupation, educational, and vocational activities, using the preferences of a person in a various areas. For instance, a student may be provided with various career choices and then asked; for each career, how would you feel when doing that kind of work? The strong interest inventory test is carried out using 4 different scales; personal style scale, basic interest scale, general occupational theme scale, and occupational scale. All the four scales are ranked by individual’s scores, which implies that a person will not just be told his/her highest score but will also be shown a clear pattern that originates from his/her Strong Interest Inventory.
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)
