When preparing students who are disabled for the workforce, a required comprehensive Tran's disciplinary vocational assessment and a post school planning emphasis. And since work is the central part of the adult life, people often associate and identify put them in the limelight based on their jobs. A job carries a sense of pride and accomplishment. It is all about overall satisfaction in this life. Lacking a job you have trained in, because you are disable, can serve as a dissatisfaction and a frustration source. (Simpson:2011:21)
Disabled students are more likely to experience under employment and unemployment when you compare them to their peers who are nondisabled. Other challenges include very low pay, as well as job dissatisfaction. Many students with disabilities as well as those who have chronic achievement problems. When these students drop school, they are left unprepared to obtain a job. Once a student is able to successfully complete high school, they are equipped with and can easily identify interests and their strengths providing them with skills that are vital for them to succeed in their relevant workplace.
