My Education and Where I Want To Be
I am attending college to finish my bachelor’s degree and to have better opportunities in the future. In our current society, in order to get a higher paying job, credentials are essential. By finishing my bachelor’s degree, I am not only availing of a “golden ticket” into better opportunities, but my education will also grant me some essential skills and experience in order to be better at my work or whatever field I want to be in. My career goals are focused on the path of becoming a teacher. Right now, I am doing my best in gaining my degree in Early Childhood Education because it is my passion to share knowledge and educate the youth about the wonders of life. Someday, when I get my master’s degree, I will be able to share my knowledge to children and thus grant them intellectual and practical skills and tools in order to enjoy life and make the world a better place.
Right after I completed my bachelor’s degree in Business Education, I realized that my passion was not in the field of business. Business management was not for me and I realized that my heart was inclined to teaching and educating the youth. When I realized this, I immediately took steps to come closer to my dream and so I decided to pursue my degree in Educational Studies in order to fulfill my dream and become a teacher. I am always amazed by the innocence and curiosity of little children and so I wanted to gain experiences in interacting with them. Currently, I am a teacher assistant at HeadStart and I am always so blessed in being able to share precious moments with children as with them, I believe that I am able to contribute to a better future by caring for those who will inherit it.
