An administrator in an organization plays a vital role in the decision-making process. The administrator is the one who uses participative form of leadership (Brousseau, et al, 2006). Through this form of leadership, the employees are included in the decision making process. Employees are extremely valuable assets in an organization. They should be motivated through the several ways possible to ensure that they can work to meet the goals of the organization with little or no supervision.
