* If in a group, ask some of the children to act as the ‘sculptures’ by standing on one leg while other move around them.
* Draw a zig zag/ straight lines/ curved lines on the floor and ask the child to walk along them.
* Give the child a signal when it is time for them to change to another movement.
* Get the child a partner and let them begin forming different capital letters in the alphabet using their body parts. Begin with straight letters e.g K, L, T, then curved letters such as C, S and finally letters involving both such as P, D, G
* If in a group, invite some of the children to inform the rest how they formed the letters.
