1. Introduction
The ethics of employees at work are driven by environmental, issue-specific, and individual factors. By recognizing the group of these factors, which shape group intentions of groups, assist employers to create an environment, which encourages ethical behavior. The aim of this paper is to explore and evaluate the reason why people make unethical decisions in their environments ad situations in life. Additionally, it will address how the leaders can address this kind of situations from such individuals.
1 Body: Reasons why people make unethical decisions given their situations in life and conditions
* Individual factors because people obey unethical directives from authority figures or merely act to avoid being punished. They manipulate other people for their personal gain and do not see the relationship between their activities and outcomes.
* Issue specific factors: Issues might vary on the degree of conformity among peers and in the degree of hurt, they inflict on a victim.
* Environmental factors: The environment that encourages individualistic behavior instead of a climate, which insists on doing the best thing for customers, other employees, and the community
