In past employment, I faced a problem of lacking motivation while putting in a lot of effort to reach the company’s goals. Consequently, working became a problem since I did not feel appreciated enough for all the work I was doing. After some time, this led to a decrease in my performance and a lack of effort in daily responsibilities.
Noticing the deteriorating behavior and performance, I resolved to speak to my supervisor about the challenges I was facing. Noticeably, he had also seen a dip in performance over some period.
