I believe values are a reflection of who we are because they define our actions and emotions. Being connected to the values we hold dear helps guide our behaviors. I have numerous attributes that I believe reflect the person I am. Examining the values I cherish is key to understanding myself and also what I would like to see in people I interact with. In this regard, there are specific values I admire about myself and others, those I respect in others, and those that I find undesirable.
The values I admire about myself relate to a great extent to the values I admire in other people. The values I admire most about myself are confidence, loyalty, trustworthiness, and independence. I believe these values define the person I am and I try to put them into action as much as I can. Confidence is the value that I admire the most about myself because it helps me connect better with the people around me.
