It is important for one to go beyond analyzing your Job script report and unlock your potential. Most importantly, you should translate what you learnt at first and the insights you get from your job script to something observable and that will increase your efficiency. Better weekdays are a tool that offers self-assessments on one's self awareness by providing you with objective and a general view with respect to your unique motivations, abilities and personality.
After taking a self-assessment test, there are various things that I learnt with which I could advance my both current and future career. The results are divided into three parts where we have motivations, abilities and personality.
Motivation
According to the assessment, the results were that I am motivated to help people, and ensure things are protected. Exciting missions at work will involve instigating needed changes, teaching and advising others, and protecting the underdogs. Conflicts may happen at times between simultaneously wanting to only work on the important matters, this demonstrates that I care for people, and listen to underlying issues and ensure integrity. Keeping motivated will involve finding resolution to these tensions so my energy is positively directed toward activities that matter to me. One key for me might be to think like a public defender. Defenders are people that are protecting the underdogs and making sure that their caring nature is acted out in specific actions that demonstrate their commitment. This will help me to take care of my fellow workmates and the people who are under me.
