This has been achieved through management utilization, coordination, improvement of performance. The organization identified functional areas and created cross-facility working groups which use deliberate process where knowledge is created reviewed and synthesized and then implemented within the system. This resulted to information sharing and support within the merged organization to enhance accuracy and timeliness of data that enhance the health care professionals to understand and utilize complex tools that facilitate their work well (Kirkman-Liff, 2004).
