All the lessons learnt have helped me in making decisions on major issues affecting my life. Through various aspects including my likes, dislikes, different behaviours under various circumstances, attitudes or habits, I can give a clear account of what I have gone through in life. This account shows my past experiences and achievements, strengths and weaknesses and future expectations including career objectives. Since my first day in school, I have grown an outstanding passion for becoming a lawyer. I would always work very hard knowing that I needed to perform well from the word go to achieve my dream career. I liked reading novels or any other material I came across since childhood and I knew that this action created a good step for the long journey towards my career. I would always consult various people about the requirements needed to join the School of law in the university as my curiosity was geared towards this achievement and nothing else. I remember one day when I met a regional Senator during a particular national celebration and all I could do was to smile after learning that the person addressing me had the same career I had dreams of achieving. Everything said during the speech inspired me by escalating my passion to a rather great level. After the function, the man proved his humility by interacting with the pupils and talking to him became the most inspiring thing I experienced on that particular day. Although the gentleman couldn’t tell more about his career, the little bit of conversation we had motivated my dreams very much. I would always do well in humanities and the good grades assured me of greater achievements even in the future. My interest in reading outgrew as years went by and I could spend the better part of my time in the library as I knew that my career objective required intensive acquiring of information and understanding. The zeal towards achieving the best in life impacted my life positively and I took my studies serious than ever, knowing that secondary education is basic for my future desires. I created a specific lifestyle of always concentrating on my studies and avoiding all other factors that may hinder my achievements. During that period, I would always stay alone by keeping a few friends. My social life got affected because I didn't like the idea of chatting all the time at the expense of my performance but then I knew that sometimes along the lane of life, I will have all the time I needed for interaction. The holidays did not have an exception as I always locked myself up to study. Losing old and current friends became the trend that I could not evade due to the pressure my aspirations had laid on my shoulders not to mention other commitments at home. As the only daughter, I had a great task of making my parents proud and the only key to that achievement was hard work and determination.
