Introduction

Relative to the fact that the IT services will be outsourced, the selected company will have to offer services alongside infrastructure management, end user computing, database management and on application production support.
Telecommunication Use
One of the main extensions of the IT infrastructure at crunchy will be the communication extension that will assist with internal communications and the external communication needs. There are different departments at the company, different levels of management and they all have telecommunication needs relative to the business processes that they are interacting with.
