The growth of businesses has been boosted by the existence of e-business. It is now easy to cast your net wide for new clients at the comfort of your office. This growth, however, can be maximized efficiently through using experienced internet markers, we at the McLeod Building Materials Co have to adapt with the changing marketing strategies (BENNETT, 2016). We have to increase our efforts to ensure we remain the leaders of building materials supply in America and even grow our market further to cover the whole world.
Before jumping into the e-business without any plan, we should first establish the limitation on operational expertise of the e-business. Since it is a new venture for McLeod, partnering up with an experienced online business company with hands on knowledge will be a big move (BENNETT, 2016).
In determining the right company to partner in McLeod would have to establish goals to be achieved by the move. One of the aims would be to expand business with the heavy concentration on our geographical location. Being a country in the United States, we would be looking for a partner who has established strong roots on the American soil. A partnership with Amazon Company would come in handy (Shrivastava, 2014). Another goal to meet would be Affordability. The partner services must be affordable and cheaper than establishing our e-business department.
