Workforce refers to the individuals engaged in, or available for work, either in an area or country or in a particular industry or firm. The workforce is the essence of the work in the firm; for the firm to complete its projects, the workforce is required. However, there are some instances in which the improper behavior of the workforce can hurt morale, decrease productivity and in extreme cases, cost the company business.
A few years back, I was employed part-time at a privately owned advertising firm and this is where I witnessed my first case of improper workforce behavior.
