-What would a Kantian recommend?
-Explain your rationale for each of your answers to your chosen case study with supporting evidence.

Business ethics is a sub-category of the larger social ethics discipline. Business ethics consists of principles that define the morality of the individuals involved in such a way that their intent and subsequent actions ought to be right. As a result, respective scholars developed the utilitarianism and Kantianism theories to improve on the morality of business enterprises and the greater audience. The article consists of various scenes where the respective corporations are deliberately producing commodities unfit for human consumption. It could be argued that the commodities serve their intended their purpose although the challenge arises in the ingredients used. Greater concerns lay in the manner of disposal of these products once regarded as dangerous. For instance, the fire-retardant pajamas are okay in serving this intent, but 2, 3-dibromoprophyl which is an element in its manufacture cause kidney cancer in kids. Another almost similar case is that of DowElanco, a company that sold Galant in Costa Rica after it was banned in the United States (U.S.). This product was a great weed killer, but in contrast, it was a cancer-causing commodity to the farmers. Although the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) banned the sale of Galant on U.S. farmers, the company deemed a third world country such as Costa Rica as an avenue that they could sell these products.
