Companies and employers are seeking employees with innovative ideas to make their products and organizations stay relevant to the changing world. Thus, innovative thinking is a crucial part of any institution. Thus, this paper highlights on issues crucial to an organization concerning people-related aspects of innovation.
Innovation as a business philosophy
