Leadership is not something that we can learn from the books. It is a concept that can be learned through various positive and negative experiences that will help us build our identity, work ethic, and an ideal environment in the future. To become a good leader, one must reflect on his experiences and focus on the person’s strengths and weaknesses revealed by that experience.
