Emotion and cognition are related to attitude formation in the sense that they constitute a central aspect of its existence. Cognition can be interpreted as the set of beliefs and thoughts of an individual, while the emotional aspect basically entails the internal feelings of individuals. As it can be seen, thoughts, beliefs and internal feelings are primarily the building blocks of attitude. The three learning hierarchies are the standard, experiential and low-involvement. The standard entails having to first collect the information about something, before then perceiving it before finally engaging in the final act based on the perception. For example purchasing a house or a car. The low-involvement hierarchy entails having to act first, before feeling the impact of the act and then finally conceptualizing the act done. For example purchasing of groceries. The experiential one entails perceiving an act, then executing it before finally thinking about it. For example a client having to make an order in a hotel after seeing the waiter passing by with a tray of food that excites the client.
