One of the Chief Executive Officers (CEO) that will not be easily replaced is Lakshmi Mittal. He is known to turn all sick companies into profitable organizations (Sinha, 2011). The man is known to achieve every goal that he sets and the middle-class men in India are learning a lot from him. The steel tycoon works for the biggest company in the manufacture of steel (Dash, 2010). 
The turning point of Mittal came when he decided to join the family company where steel manufacturing was being done. He established a unit of the company owned by the father, saying that he did that because he realized that life was too brief to start a new business from scratch (Therborn, 2011). He had a lot of faith in himself and this caused him to build steel company that was globally accepted. He made a wise decision by buying a steel works at Temirtau for 4 million dollars, which shared a border with China. This provided a good market for steel products as the demand for steel increased in China.
