I recently participated in an exciting team building exercise organized by our manager to demonstrate the meaning of teamwork and collaboration. All Aboard was the title of the exercise where as a team, we were required to be creative and fit inside a small square without stepping outside the square. Before the exercise could begin, the manager read out a storyline to guide the activity and explain what we were required to do.
According to the storyline, the 9 of us were aboard a sinking ship in the sea, the sea was full of sharks, the coast guards had been notified of the situation and they were on their way to rescue us. We had to hang on to the shipwreck; anyone who stepped outside the ship was out of the game.
