Research Instruments
This study will rely on questionnaires and surveys that are filled by employees and the management in evaluating on their attitudes and perception concerning the study questions. Questionnaires and surveys will be quite helpful because they offer statistical evidence from a high number of respondents (Bartlett et al, (2008). An interview guide will be used in gathering information from the management. Another approach to be used by the researcher will be physically observing the employee’s behavior, interactions and the operations going on in the store.
Sampling Technique
In this study, target respondents are all the employees and management/officials of this target store. Out of the 60 workers and 4 managers in this store, 30% of them will be selected to act as the representative sample of the target population. According to Bartlett et al, (2008), 10% of a given population can be used as a representative sample of the whole population. In this case, 30% will be more than the required figure.
