This is a competitive advantage as the company will target new markets and can introduce new brands to increase the portfolio. The name recognition means that the company’s products are likely to be well received. As there are over 20,000 strong associates the vast network of dealers and distributions makes it easier to distribute the car through associates. Some of the associates have been authorized to deal with the accessories, services and repairs of the company’s vehicles.
