Write a two to three (2-3) page paper in which you:
1. Discuss the different strategies associated with incremental change and radical change. Provide one (1) example where incremental change is a better solution and one (1) example where radical change should be considered.
2. Describe at least two (2) attributes of push and pull innovation. Next, create a scenario where push or pull innovation would provide a competitive advantage and provide two (2) outcomes that would support your chosen strategy.
3. Discuss at least three (3) reasons why you believe that entrepreneurs should follow an innovation strategy then describe a framework or strategy for identifying the right solution.
4. Use at least two (2) external sources.
Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements:

(Dr. Vic’s Tips, Please see p. 15 from Ch. 1 and p.p. 200-201 from Ch. 7 for more on incremental and radical change. Your examples, of each, should be from real-life scenarios that you have researched.
2. Describe at least two (2) attributes of push and pull innovation. Next, create a scenario where push or pull innovation would provide a competitive advantage and provide two (2) outcomes that would support your chosen strategy. (Dr. Vic’s Tips, please explore your textbook first, you will find that both Push and Pull innovation are discussed on Ch. 6 and 7, particularly Push and Pull innovation: 200-201. Make sure you offer your opinion on which is more important for technology innovation.
3. Discuss at least three (3) reasons why you believe that entrepreneurs should follow an innovation strategy then describe a framework or strategy for identifying the right solution. (Dr. Vic’s Tips, When you try to search for innovation there are several questions our book describes, on p. 199 and discussed from 199-207. Using that info, provide three reasons on why an innovation strategy is important and then describe the framework - as listed in the book in Ch. 7).

The different organizations have different ways through which they can possibly alter the processes. Such alterations can be made possible either incrementally or radically. Further, there is the possibility of utilizing both at the same time depending on the organization’s perspective.
Incremental change refers to the process that can possibly modify, refines or adjusts the current status quo through minor and consistent changes. Importantly, this kind of organizational change does not in any way alter the organization’s core objectives and at times is also referred to as first-order change. Such minor changes refer to relatively minor adjustments within the grand scheme of things towards already existing systems, models, products and services, hierarchies as well as processes. Some of the characteristics of incremental change include; occurrence through small steps, no single step consumes much time despite being long-term and the though the steps are at times mapped they occur at times without the management noticing (Gao et al., 2018).
One example of incremental change may involve the installation of new computer software for the purposes of improving the overall efficiency. Such a process will not interrupt any of the company’s processes and may even go un-noticed except for the outcome results after some time.
Radical change possibly refers to the significant shift that occurs in a company leading to a drastic change in company’s fundamentals such as culture, products, practices as well as norms amongst others. One example of radical change involves changing the structure and culture of the organization from the traditional top-down structure to largely a combination of self-directing teams (Gao et al., 2018).
