Virtual networking is a technology that facilitates the control of one or more remotely located computers or servers over the internet. Data can be stored and retrieved, software can be run, problems with individual users or the system can be identified and corrected remotely. Advantages - Employees can accommodate both personal and professional lives with virtual networking job. Virtual teams allow firms to expand their potential labor markets enabling them to hire and retain the best people regardless of their physical locations. It saves time, travel expenses and eliminates lack of access to experts. 
Disadvantages- The lack of physical interactions with the tech support or the member assisting with the project and in such cases no relationship is built with the members on the other side. In ability to obtain the gestures or and non-verbal cues which often enables the other person to evaluate some part of conversations, so there is non-availability of non-verbal cues such as voice, eye movement, facial expression, and body language which help in better communication. With virtual networking for technically challenged people like me and other nurses like me all we do is call a 1-800 number or press help on our keyboard and a tech assistant is immediately available to sort out our problem which is only a small portion of the function of virtual networking.

Virtual networking
A virtual network connects two or more computer device without using wires, and networkers can use a virtual access server to make it easier for users to share information. It is important to configure the devices and manage them for all users to have access to the information. Information is power and virtual organizations increasingly use of technology to enhance communication including integration through computer systems (Chand, n.d.). Virtual make it easier for users to store and retrieve information since even mobile devices can be connected to the network (Chand, n.d.). There are both advantages and disadvantages to relying on virtual networking.
Since virtual networking requires the use of the internet the users do not have to be in the same location, making it easier to share information while in different locations. This is beneficial in business since employees of the organization can work from anywhere and communicate without requiring experts to facilitate the communication process.
