Management theory is one of the greatest assets which should be utilized during the planning and coordination of activities within a business or an organization. Management theory is a collection of ideologies which facilitate the construction of the framework which could be used as an effective management strategy. The framework stipulated by the theory helps the running of the organization making it easier to achieve the goals of the organization. The management theory helps in maximizing of the productivity of the organization. Another importance which can be realized from the utilization of the management theory is that it results to increased employee incentive as the theory explains what it is expected of the employees in order to meet the needs of the organization. It serves as a guideline to the employees in the achievement of the objectives and goals of the organization.
