After completing my graduation, I was quick to find a suitable, well-paying job. I got a distinction in both written test and interview, and the hiring manager asked me to join as soon as possible. On my first day at the office, I was told everything about my tasks and responsibilities. When I looked around and met the co-workers, I got to know that two other employees were also hired, meaning I was not the only, new employee.
After a few days, the manager called three of us and inquired about our experience. After a brief discussion, he told us that he would be judging our skills and check how capable we were. For this purpose, he assigned us different tasks, relevant to our respective fields, and asked us to complete them as early as possible. My performance was going to be judged based on my behavior and attitude within the office.
