Several elements can portray the "soul" of the culture of an organization. The article explores these elements by examining the relationship between organization productivity and employee involvement that is the organizational performance. The possible effects that moderate the commitment of employees to the organization are also covered in the article. The article finds the four elements of employee involvement to be information, power, skills or knowledge, and rewards. The article examines the four elements and provides provisions concerning their influence on the productivity of the organization. It further examines the interaction between the elements and the commitment of the employees to the organization and the way they affect the productivity. The article presents a conceptual model, suggestions, and implications for further inquiry (Phipps & Ndinguri, 2013).
