Through social media it is possible to monitor online traffic to the company’s website and different social networks.
During events there focus on accurate information, context and personalizing the encounter as well as follow ups where there is lead information captured from the target audience.
In the in store lead, there is aggressive placements, building trusts and converting some of the visitors into customers.
Email mails require leveraging social media where the target audience is first identified and then there is email marketing campaign. The subscribers would get engaging content, but the content is personalized
