Levis is considered to have a bold, confident stature making it one of the leading fashion houses in the world. Levis is termed as the trendsetter among the teenagers worldwide. The Company is one of the preferred clothing brands globally because of its innovation. Levis sets the standard for combining practical business approaches with their soft heart principles to make a major turnaround in the fashion industry (Levi Strauss & Co, 2016). The company's successful financial performance is as a result of its unique progressive business culture. Its culture emphasizes on diverse participation, teamwork, and open communication combined with innovative and aggressive goals, this in my view are the key factors that nurture innovation (Levi Strauss & Co, 2016).
Some years back, Levis fashion house came up with a plan to redesign its business processes, systems, and facilities. This resulted in remarkable changes. The company came up with innovative clothing brands incorporating simple garments processes like stitching on the pockets, putting shank buttons, coming up with leather patches with images of two horses pulling a pair of jeans to attract the younger generation (Levi Strauss & Co, 2016). Levis innovation cannot be defined by the components of the garment but from their spirit, that is why Levis is termed as a social, trendy and innovative brand in the fashion industry (Levi Strauss & Co, 2016). The need to adopt innovative ideas in strengthening its organization culture is crucial for the company’s continues survival in the market.

Levis innovation process should focus on customer's needs so that five years down the line, the company will still have great products.
