Football has always been an interesting sport, especially for me. The starts involved in the game, as well as generally how everything is done on the football pitch is something inspiring. My dream job is to become the manager of Manchester United Football Club, a professional football club which is based in Old Trafford, Manchester, U.K. It is arguably the richest, biggest and most famous club in not only Europe but the world. It is also a club with quite a rich history and culture of success, especially over the past three decades. This culture has enabled it to win virtually every piece3 of silverware available during that time, from the English Premier League to the Club World Cup trophies. It might appear to be quite a big dream, being the manager of such a club is my ultimate dream. The position of a club manager for such an iconic institution comes with certain job descriptions and specifications, job compensation and its benefits package, and will also evaluate a suitable performance appraisal program for assessing job performance.
