Change is paramount. To maintain and have prosperity or development change has to be implemented since it entails a better way of doing things that come as a result of sharpened skills, increased knowledge and technical know-how in a certain field. Change can be hard to implement especially if the change goes in a different dimension from the normal way of running things. People get accustomed to a certain way or procedure of doing things as they do their duties, tasks and roles over and over again over the course of time.
