The whole idea of working in a team is to achieve the goals of the organization. The leader and the team members united give a clear indication that the leader and the style of leadership are effective. Communication marks one of the greatest skills that I use to unite my team. In this case the communication is always unidirectional. Being organized makes it very easy to manage the team. It comes with the proper plans of the objectives and development of appropriate strategies thereby leading to the optimal performance of the entire team. Confidence and respect also comes in handy when dealing with the team I am leading. People demand respect and when speaking of the decision that affects the team with respect, I not only capture their attention but also show them that I stand as the only leader amongst them. As a leader is value integrity which in turn makes me influential in the group I manage and therefore make it easy for delegation of duties (Argote, 2013).Γ‚ 
Procrastination is the greatest weakness that affects my leadership. It is very clear that most of the time I find it very easy to put off some of the important items on the to-do list which is a clear indication of procrastination. People do look for jobs and at the onset of their work, the job is more promising. As time goes by the monotony at their workstation makes the work unpleasant. So do I find the job at hand very unpleasant and this tends to make me withdrawn and therefore postpone some of the very critical activities. The tasks that are in my job description are sometimes very overwhelming and thus making me to postpone some of the duties. Feeling tired is what makes one to think that the task at hand is that overwhelming. Being a perfectionist also accounts for my weakness of procrastination. Emphasizing on the right procedures to be followed is a good thing but overemphasis that I sometimes find myself practicing makes it an annoying aspect of leadership (Cummings, & Worley, 2009).Γ‚ 
Social loafing is an impediment in any organization and result in a reduced performance of the group to achieve the ultimate goals of the organization. As a leader engaging in social loafing will be negative image to the entire group and or team that I am in charge of. It will encourage my followers to also exert less effort in the tasks at hand and in that case meeting or achieving the stipulated goals will be a big problem.
