Planning to retire in a span of forty years is an enough time to make a good financial plan. The two plans Individual Retirement Arrangement (IRA) and 401k plans are different. IRA seems to be advantageous than 401k. Under IRA plan, there are more advantages than disadvantages. The plan only deducts 15% of an individual income.
