One employee will work at the front desk as a customer service assistant, and the other two (2) will work on the production line. Recruiting is as much a task for the recruiting officer as it is for the employees that are looking for a job. Depending on the objectives of the company and the position in question, the HR manager can use different channels to get to the right candidate(Johnston, 2016).
