Essay Instructions:

Every organization conducts research to plan and implement a business idea. The final project for this course is designed to provide the foundation for an international business plan. These activities offer flexibility for many settings related to global business enterprises. The framework may be used for planning global expansion of an existing product or service, or may be used to research a new foreign business opportunity. Each module of this course is designed to gather information for one component of an international business plan.
This is a two-part assignment. First, select one (1) country and (1) product that will be used to develop the GBP. You will complete each section of the GBP and provide a macro level abstract which doesn't exceed 5 pages and included a bibliography.
An abstract is a written summary of the work that a student completes and formally presents. The purpose of the abstract is to offer a brief summary which gives an overview of the work or project that you will be presenting. It:
Explains the value of one’s project or presentation.
Demonstrates an individual’s knowledge of the subject.
Provides additional details that the student might not have been able to cover on its oral/narrated presentation.
The abstract is similar to a brief paper. You should include an introduction that outlines or details the background of your project and the purpose. Please note, "required final class project" should not be the purpose mentioned in the abstract. Also, provide a summary of your findings based on the research you performed. Finally, draft a conclusion that outlines what is your final decision buy/make, the reason for your decision and what you learned in general. You will end with a bibliography. Remember APA style is required. Your paper should use the following format:

Apple Inc is one of the global best organizations in the world. The company is based in America, with its headquarters in California. It deals with the manufacturing of electronic gadgets. Some of the devices manufactured by Apple Inc. include computers, phones, and mp3 players, among other range of electronics. The company has managed to be among the best in the world due to the production of quality products. This aspect has even made Apple products referred to as opulence. iPhones are some of the Apple Inc products that have managed to beat their competitors in the global market. This is because of the improved and quality aspects they have over other brands like Samsung, Sony, and Blackberry, among others.
               The latest brands of iPhones like the iPhone 11 have also come with some new inventions. Some of the improvements include improved camera views, which have ultra-wide- angle lenses with the capability of taking explicit photos at night. They also have improved battery life. Conversely, besides being the best pones and most dominant brands in the market, iPhones still face some challenges, especially in infiltrating some of the markets in Africa. For instance, Nigeria, despite being the highest-ranked economy in Africa, according to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), iOS market share is still low compared to other to Android. This is because iOS controls less than 20% of the market compared to Android, which dominates close to 80%.
               One of the significant undoings for Apple phones in the Nigerian market is the cost of the iPhones. As much a fraction of the Nigerian population can afford to spend $1,100 for the iPhone 11, the majority of Nigerians who live on less than $1.90 million a day are unlikely to raise that amount of money. Studies have shown that Nigeria recently overtook India as the poverty capital in the world after recording the number of unemployed individuals at 20.9 million. With 93.7 million people in Nigeria living on under $2, it is convincible to argue that Nigeria does not present an economical friendly environment for iPhone to trade. However, Apple can still maximize its sales on the smaller fractions of Nigerian individuals with the potential to purchase their products. This can be achieved by establishing and implementing an effective business plan.
Organizing For Global Business Activity
               Apple’s global organizational structure is among the best in the world. The company is structured into three major models. Under Tim Cook’s leadership, Apple Inc. established a Spoke-and-Wheel Hierarchy, which gave its vice presidents to make an autonomous decision, thus allowing more departmental collaboration. Through the establishment of the Spoke-and-Wheel hierarchy, Apple has managed to form product-based divisions. This aspect of Apple Inc. works just as its name suggests.
