Question1: Designing aspect in manufacturing a product requires that the designer goes beyond his capacity of modeling anesthetic product. The old fashioned normal R & D standards that give solutions to aesthetic errors are currently faced out. Therefore, designers and planners ought to understand that linking the product manufacturing process to strategies, marketing, and user experience analyses coupled with innovation, ergonomic among others are essential in minimization of errors realized in the end product.
A prototype used in the development of a product usually serves a specific purpose. However, if a prototype is purposed to serve different functions, then such activities should be separated to avoid complexity. However, designers normally use a prototype to get more for product qualification while forgetting about the purpose of the prototype leading to errors.
Failure to implement concept engineering is another error that is committed by product designers in the production process.
