Conduct a feasibility analysis in which you research:
Industry and Market Feasibility
Product or Service Feasibility
Financial Feasibility
Entrepreneurial Readiness

I have always been fascinated by the way Starbucks and McDonald’s are doing the business, especially Starbucks Corporation (Schaufeld, 2015). Once I decided to establish a similar kind of fast food store, so I founded Xee Café. Our company currently has its stores in only ten cities in the United States. Xee Café aims to manufacture and sell instant coffee such as VIA, café latte, espresso, black tea, green tea, and soft drinks. In addition, we will provide our customers with a range of fresh juices like orange juice, mango juice, and apple juice. Not only this but also pastries and snack foods like chips and crackers will remain available at the stores along with bottled cold coffee, chicken and beef sandwiches, ice cream, and other similar products.
Industry and Market Feasibility
It should be noticed that the market right now for snack foods and beverages is hot. All of the street-corner shops and multinational fast food chains are paying utmost attention to providing branded coffees and delicious eatables to their customers. At Xee Café, we have the same idea in our mind, and we will always focus on the provision of quality eatables and drinks at reasonable prices. The success of this newly established company is possible only when we know how to market the products in a better way and how to keep our customers engaged. Specialty coffee is a fast-growing food service worldwide, and the growth of our company in the coffee industry will take time, as we are new and our competitors are Starbucks Corporation and McDonald’s like big brands.
A new market trend is the drive-thru coffee stores. Just like Starbucks, Xee Café will have several stores operating this way. Another trend is that clients ask for organic coffee, which is encouraging for us since we can move toward the beans growing environment along with Starbucks Corporation.
