●     We want to plan a dance competition and masterclasses in different cities where studios can enter solos to super-line group dances with different types of styles and ages from 2 to 19.

●     Our object of the event is creating a memorable experience for the participants and any other guests attending. We also wanted to create an opportunity for dancers to showcase and network within the dance industry. We want everyone to learn and meet new people through our event.

Why our team chose this venue for the event:

We chose this venue because it offers variety of interactive floor plans. It has several exhibit halls where few dance competitions or dance conventions can be held at the same time. The convention center also has loading docks for any of the studios bringing their own props and and room for stage equipment set up. The venue also offers concessions and parking for people driving from local areas. Other people who are not within the driving distance, there are many hotels to choose from near t he convention center. This venue will provide everything that is needed for a dance competition.
