In business, ethics refers to accepted principles of right or wrong that govern the conduct of business people, hence the need for the ethical defense to ensure that members of the organization do not manipulate them (Cahn and Markie, 2012). Outsourcing refers to a third party vendor working for anyone on a contractual basis. Today, the act is being used significantly by companies not only aiming at reducing labor costs, but also to realize the importance of strategic outsourcing such as accessing skilled expertise, reducing overheads, flexible staffing, increasing efficiency, reducing turnover, and generating high profits (Hill, 2006). The idea of outsourcing in the developing countries is ethically right as its impact the society in positive ways, both the home country and the developing countries.
