It is important to note that organizational plan is very important for any one that would want to start a business (Wu et al., 2000).

Importance of Organizational in Development of Measurement and Evaluation Scheme
An organizational chart which is also referred to as the organigram is a diagram that represents the structure of an organization and how different positions inter-relate with one another. It is also referred to as a pictorial diagram that represents company’s structure which shows clearly the relationship between different departments within an organization. An organizational chart is very important in very many ways for the development of measurement and evaluation scheme.
