When negotiating with Wal-Mart the first thing that must be considered is that while our family farm’s milk is one supplier, Wal-Mart has a lot of other suppliers that could fill the same demand for this specific commodity. In line with this, it could be seen that Wal-Mart could exist even without the particular milk that I’m trying to sell. From this, the best negotiation strategy would be the use of an integrative negotiation strategy where the both of the parties (Wal-Mart and Me) could benefit CITATION httnd \l 13321 (Bright Hub Project Management, n.d.). Particularly, we would be using a commitment strategy where our milk would only be sold to all Wal-Mart stores and not to its competitors.
