In a written paper of 1,250-1,500 words, evaluate the current forces driving change in your field or industry. As a leader, or considering the role of a leader, assess your organization and evaluate how well it is responding to the forces, and identify where there is a need for change. Develop a vision to inspire this change. Include the following:
1.Describe your organization, include the organization's mission, and identify the various stakeholders.
2.Identify the external and internal forces that drive organizational change in your field or industry. Explain the origin or reason for these internal or external driving forces. Explain how these forces directly affect the viability of your organization.
3.Choose one of the driving forces. Describe the specific issues this driving force creates, or will potentially create, for your organization or department.
4.Propose the steps needed for your organization or department to respond to this driving force.
5.Predict how employees at various levels in the organization will respond to your proposed change initiative.
6.Develop a vision for change. Describe how this vision correlates with the organization's mission, and how you will present this vision to internal stakeholders.
7.Predict how you think your vision will assist internal stakeholders in supporting the change initiative. Identify potential considerations posed by stakeholders, and discuss how you will respond.

Introduction
In order to effectively respond to change, several organizations have resorted to investments on capital-intensive expenses that include the incorporation of technology and new equipment in a bid to reduce their organizational costs and increase productivity. This paper seeks to evaluate the forces that drive the aspect of change within a field of industry and the manner in which a leader may assess an organization and evaluate the way in which it responds to these forces. This paper will detail the manner in which Abrazo’s Central Hospital would assess its internal and external forces that impact the process of change including the model used during the organization's change management process.
Forces Driving Change in Abrazo Health Centre
Abrazo’s Central Hospital organization mission and stakeholders play an integral role in the process of change management. Abrazo’s Central Hospital is located in Phoenix Arizona, with its mission and vision established to improve the health of the community’s population, thus empowering employees to embrace efficient health initiatives (Abrazo’s Community Health Network, 2016). This medical facility is considered as part of the Abrazo Community Health Networks with a mission to help the community to achieve a healthy life.
On the other hand, the facility’s vision is to create a life-long relationship by changing how health and related healthcare services are dispensed within the community. Additionally, the values of this hospital are based on accountability, safety, integrity, respect, excellence, and innovation (Abrazo’s Community Health Network, 2016). Given this, the stakeholders play an integral role in the change management process, with this including health networks, staff members, donors, the local community, patients, the health system, and health providers.
External and Internal Forces Driving Organizational Change
Abrazo’s Central Hospital organization external and internal forces are some of the factors that drive the aspect of change within the organization. The healthcare costs in the United States of America are exorbitantly rising (Abrazo’s Community Health Network, 2016). However, the numbers of patients accessing this health coverage are perceived to be slightly below the target.
In consideration of the external forces within this organization, the facility’s financial crises spurred the process of change, a case that was evident in Abrazo Central Hospital that resulted due to several reasons. As a result of this, the organization was pushed to eliminate some of its programs and services (Herremans, & Nazari, 2016). On the other hand, the facility’s sales productivity fell including the patient and staff satisfaction levels that reached their lowest levels.
