Digital Marketing Specialist (Chinese Mandarin Bilingual)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager/Specialist to join us in our McLean, VA headquarter to help us to grow our digital marketing. The ideal candidate must have experience in digital marketing, detail-oriented, have strong social media content writing skills and communication skills.
Major Responsibilities:
• Develop digital marketing strategies and plans across multiple digital marketing channels to drive online traffic to the company website and deliver online channel sales goal.
• Tracking conversion rates and making improvements to the website, banner, and landing page;
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO, and PPC;
• Identify market trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social media
• Measure, analyze and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Special projects as needed
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of business related experience preferred.
• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related major required.
• Experience in managing PPC, SEO, and affiliate programs preferred;
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice;
• Strong understanding of overseas Chinese immigrants market is a plus;
• Experience in email marketing, content marketing, and social media preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation Skills.
• Fluent in both English and Mandarin required.
