Needs, Wants and Demands of Chick-Fil-A Customers
Chick-Fil-A customers have needs, wants and demands which the food chain store has to satisfy. As for the needs, these are the things the clientele cannot do without. They expect the food chain store to provide them because they are basic and important to their survival. A need is derived from survival and therefore the company has to provide what can fulfill these requirements. In the case of Chick-Fil-A, a need can be good quality food which meets all safety requirements for consumption. This is not a negotiable option as it affects the quality of life of the clientele. If the customers cannot get good quality and safe food, then the company has failed to provide a basic need which is not negotiable to the customers. Needs are the most fundamental requirements Chick-Fil-A must provide for their customers because it is not negotiable. Even the Chick-Fil-A customers take precautionary measures on themselves to ensure their safety because it is something they cannot gamble with. They need good quality food which is safe for consumption and thus the food chain must ensure this need is met before they go on to enrich their service delivery. The government ensures that all consumer needs in fast food industries related to safety are met and Chick-Fil-A must meet the minimum standards for licensure to operate.
