In the first assessment about the gift test, the effective leadership behavior is motivation. Motivation is more of a consideration behavior that focuses on fulfilling people's needs and developing lasting relationships. The motivational gift survey analyzes the levels of generosity and the feelings of joy in giving. It also analyzes how one can effectively coordinate resources and people to complete tasks. Levels of sympathy are analyzed especially to those who are in need. Leaders need to develop extraordinary ability of recognizing a task that needs to be accomplished, meaning that they act like servants. Motivation is a way of trying to engage people meaningfully by developing a condition that people believe will help others to attain the desired behavior. The gift motivation survey assists leaders to place people in the position that suits their God given talent (gifttest.org, 2010).
The second test of Jung Typology Test for personality. The test analyzes individual strengths and preferences besides helping identify the description of one's personality type. It also helps one discover suitable occupation based on his personality. Jung typology test analyzes communication and learning skills and one compatibility for companionship. Jung marriage test looks for characteristics that are compatible for one to develop optimal behavior in couples. The test aims at analyzing individual personality as one of the effective leadership behavior needed to perform tasks efficiently (Jung Typology Test, 2015).
The third assessment tool analyzes communication styles; the fifteen statements are used to help leaders understand which communication style that best fits them .The statements assess the leader levels of sensitivity in communicating important matters. The tool also assesses the leader's feelings and reactions towards employee's actions especially in difficult situation. As a leader, it is important to assess and know your communication style (Fairhurst, 2011).
