My selected article looks into the supply chain management. This article purposes to demonstrate the importance of integrating information technology with the supply chain management. The integration is transforming the channel of decision in the management processes within an organization. Information technology in Supply chain ensures reduced risk on electronics, reduction of inventory, supply chain and boost on the organizational competitiveness. By nature, the supply chain involved a wide range of interconnected businesses. This explains why integration of information technology into supply chain is a long waited move.
