The modern individual in the society is more aware than before as knowledge has increased and activism has been accepted as one of the ways to solve and express an individual's opinions and problems. When the Family of Man was popular and accepted, people lacked or had few of the above attributes. Hence, today it cannot be shown because people get more meaning to the exhibition than just a general story of human life
