Dance can be defined as the rhythmic movements that are made in response to a certain music. Dance is one of the aspects of life that has been in existence for a long period of time. There are different reasons as to why we engage in dance, In some cases, if you ask someone why they are engaging in dance, then they will tell you that they are engaging in dance since it as a form of exercise while others will inform you that they are doing dance for fun. In the real sense, the reasons for dancing can be classified differently such as for emotional stability, for physical fitness and for mental clarity. Dance plays so many roles in our lives and engaging in dance makes people to feel happy.
